Return Process

  Log into your Contrail account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
